Once you have received a referral we expect the seller to be contacted by you within 24 hours, by phone, E-mail, or by fax if necessary. Once you have contacted the customer you will send them the MLS listing forms, if they did not complete them online, via e-mail, or by fax, or by mail when necessary. Once the customer has completed the listing forms, and sent them back to you, they must be input in the MLS within 24 hours of the completed forms being received by the listing broker. The client is entitled to have one photo in the MLS, and that one will upload onto Realtor.com. The listing will remain in the MLS for a period of up to six months, and the listing may be terminated "unconditionally," by the seller at anytime prior to the six month time frame. The seller may make changes to their listing during the six month listing's life without a fee. No charges may be accrued for changes to the listing including price, or status of the listing i.e., Active to Pending. All changes to the listing must be made within 24 hours of the change request from the seller. If you collect the flat fee you will agree to pay Realty-Mart a referral fee for the listing opportunity within two business days after the customers payment clears your bank. QUALIFICATIONS
As an MLS
Affiliate you will need an active brokers license or have an employing
broker
if you are a licensed real estate agent. Your broker will need to
complete
and submit the online broker
affiliate form.You will also need to have MLS access in your marketing area through the local Realtor Association to list property. We will assign flat fee listings in your coverage area. The sellers name and phone number appears on the listing with instructions to contact th owner directly for showing instructions and to present offers.
