REFERRAL NETWORK The referral network consists of
leads from potential customers who have requested MLS listing service
in
their area. Broker members of our referral network will receive
referrals
and pay Realty-Mart America when they list the property and collect the
fee!
The Referral network is available throughout the United States and we are interested broker affiliates to handle leads from our online target marketing focusing on the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington DC. For details about the regional MLS systems in your area go to the coverage area! As an MLS Affiliate you will need an active brokers license or have an employing broker if you are a licensed real estate agent. Your broker will need to complete and submit the online broker registration form! YOUR

Once you have received a "referral we expect the seller to be contacted by you within 24 hours, by phone, E-mail, or by fax if necessary. Once you have contacted the client you will send the customer the MLS listing forms, if they did not complete them online, via e-mail, or by fax, or by mail when necessary. Once the client has completed the listing forms, and sent them back to you, and paid you the $399 flat fee they must be input in the MLS within 24 hours of the payment and completed forms being received by the "Listing Broker." The client is entitled to have one photo in the MLS, and that one will upload onto Realtor.com. The listing will remain in the MLS for a period of up to six months, and the listing may be terminated "unconditionally," by the "Seller," at anytime prior to the six month time frame. The "Seller," may make changes to their listing during the six month listing's life without a fee. No charges may be accrued for changes to the listing including price, or status of the listing i.e., Active to Pending. All changes to the listing must be made within 24 hours of the E-mailed change request from the Seller. You are expected to list the "Seller," only. You are not expected to close the listing for the Seller. If the Seller requests your assistance, you may of course charge a fee for this service. Once the listing is completed, and you have an active MLS listing number, you will email us the active listing number. When you collect the flat fee you will agree to pay Realty-Mart a referral fee of $150.00 for the listing opportunity within two business days after the customers payment clears your bank.
